Happy New Year!

New Executive Director

Since our wonderful Steph Salvia left the Shorewood Business Improvement District (BID) a few months ago, Interim Executive Director Stephanie Sherman and past Board President, has been on the search for the next Executive Director. Meet Janet Henning! Janet has been involved with the BID for the past 6 months doing marketing for the various events.

“It’s an exciting time for Shorewood and our BID is ready to continue our Village’s growth with Henning at the helm,” said Stephanie Sherman. “Shorewood is truly a special place full of passionate, engaged businesses and residents. Our 300+ businesses will benefit from her stellar experience in marketing, communications, event planning and business leadership. Janet is a top-notch professional perfectly poised to lead the continued momentum.”

Using her 10 years of experience, Janet is excited and ready to collaborate with the businesses, residents and Village of Shorewood to continue the BID’s successes and propel the community forward as a unique destination.

North Shore Pour at Buttermint

Buttermint Finer Dining & Cocktails presents its North Shore Happy Hour featuring the “North Shore Pour,” 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday. It’s a larger pour of wine for the same price, or additional select chaser to your beer or craft cocktail. Buttermint’s bar opens at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday with a Happy Hour menu including selections from its Raw Bar, and it’s “finer” dinner service continues 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday.

Milwaukee Brat House Shuttles & Packers Playoffs

The Milwaukee Brat House in Shorewood has a free shuttle service to all Bucks and Marquette basketball home games when you purchase food or beverage items before the game starts. The shuttles drop you off downtown 1 1/2 hours before the game starts and pick you up 25 minutes after the game ends. The Brat House also offer round-trip Packers party coach bus tickets which includes a round trip ride to Lambeau Field from The Milwaukee Brat House-Downtown with all you can drink, all you can eat and a Packers tailgate party before the game starts at The Bar on Holmgren Way. Boutique Blowout Event

SHOP, along with Blackbear Children’s Boutique, Boutique B’lu, Faye’s, Just Goods, Lorain’s for Her, Motherlode, Posh Collective, The Workroom and others have joined together for the biggest sale event of the year on February 5th from 9:00am – 2:00pm at Atwater School! Shop your favorite Milwaukee area boutiques and find unreal deals on clothing, accessories, home goods and MORE! The $5 admission fee is donated to the Shorewood Recreation Department’s “Donation for Recreation” program, which provides financial support for anyone unable to afford the department’s activity fees.

Lakeside 21-Day Detox Seminar
